    What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

    We ask that you please inspect your products upon arrival, if you notice any damage to the product or its packaging we advise you to make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but are not able to open the package during delivery write down “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt. If any of your items do arrive damaged, please send photos and videos to Support@Zarveti.com, we would be happy to provide you a replacement or refund. Please contact us via phone or email with any additional questions. 


    How can I place an order?

    We take orders through the phone or online on our website. To order via phone please contact us at (800)-321-6781. To order online via our website simply press add to cart on the product you wish to purchase and proceed to a secured checkout. You will then be prompted to fill out your billing and shipping information. 

    Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. 


    When will my order ship?

    Depending on the brand, orders will ship out between 1-2 business days. We take pride in immediately processing your order and sending you a tracking number as soon as it ships out. On average you can expect to receive your orders within 4-7 business days. 

    On rare instances orders may be subject to unforeseen delays. You will be notified by email if an item has gone out of stock or has been delayed. 


    Do you send an order confirmation number?

    Yes, an order confirmation number is sent for every product you purchase. It is sent to the email you have provided at the time of checkout. Please make sure you enter your email address correctly at the time of purchase and save the order confirmation email for your personal records. 



    Do you charge sales tax?

    As we are located in New York, we DO NOT charge sales tax on any orders outside of New York. Unfortunately, all orders with New York State addresses will be charged sales tax. 


    Can I make changes or adjustments to my orders?
    Of course, you can always make changes or adjustments to orders at no cost by emailing us at Support@Zarveti.com. Price differences will be charged or credited back to you. Orders can only be changed before they are shipped.

    Order Confirmation

    Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout. This email will confirm the item you purchased is in stock as well as confirm that your payment was approved and processed. In the rare event that your order is out of stock, you may choose to wait for the item to restock or receive a 100% refund. Our usual processing time is between 2-3 business days. 

     As soon as an order is confirmed and ready to be shipped out we will process your order within 2-3 business days. Following the processing period, your item will take 5-10 days to ship to you. 

    We use a vast amount of carriers to ensure your items get to you as quickly as possible. These carriers include UPS, Fedex, and USPS. As for larger order, a freight carrier company will be used. 

    When an item is not available  to be shipped out right away, we will contact you immediately. From there you can make the decision on whether you would like to replace the order with another item or request a refund.

    Some Additional Shipping Information

    • We cannot accept or ship out orders to PO Box addresses. We will refund and void the order if a Po Box address is the only address provided.
    • Larger items will require freight shipping. Freight shipping requires a delivery appointment window to be made.

    Shipping Times?

    All U.S orders will be fulfilled by USPS, Fedex, or UPS. International orders vary on couriers. 

    Our general rule of thumb for US orders is that your item will be received by you 5-10 days after from when you received your tracking number.

    • Average U.S Shipping Times (Expedited): 3-10 Business Days
    • Average International Shipping Times: 7-20 Business Days
    • Average Canadian / European Shipping Times: 7-20 Business Days

    Every order comes with a tracking number as soon as the product is done being processed and is shipped out. Items may be shipped from different fulfillment centers in our efforts to bring a wide variety of products to our customers at competitive cost.     I’ve Entered the Wrong Address:

    If you have entered the wrong address please email us at Support@Zarveti.com and notify us immediately before your order is processed and shipped. We can correct this mistake within 24 hours ONLY.

    I've Received a Broken or Damaged Item?

    We ask that you please inspect your products upon arrival, if you notice any damage to the product or its packaging we advise you to make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but are not able to open the package during delivery write down “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt. 

    If your item does arrive defective please immediately send evidence to Support@Zarveti.com. Upon receiving evidence and approving the return, we will send you a return label to send your product back to our warehouses for examination. If we do not provide you with a return shipping label, the customer will not have to send the item back and still receive a replacement. 

    When it comes to replacing a defective item, please expect a replacement product to be sent to you within 1-2 business days absolutely free of charge. We will always take responsibility for any damages incurred during shipping and handling. That being said, if there is evidence of use or negligence to the product we will no longer be able to offer a refund or replacement.

    I Never Received my Item

    We ask that you allow about 5-10 days from the time your item was processed by us for your product to arrive. This means 5-10 days from the time you received the email stating your item has been shipped out. 
    In the case that you have waited the allotted 5-10 days from the time of processing and you have not received a email regarding a shipping update please contact us at Support@Zarveti.com immediately and we would be more that happy to track your package down. 

    If the zip code you provided us matches the delivery zip code and your package says delivered we ask that you please ask your neighbors if they may have mistakenly received your item. In the situation that your are still unable to locate your item we will issue a one time pass allowing you to receive a replacement item for absolutely free. Of course if we notice a pattern of suspicious behavior we hold the right to deny this privilege.

    If the zip code you provided us does not match the delivery period and your package says delivered we extend a free replacement to you with no questions asked.

    If an item has yet to arrive after the shipping period, we can offer a refund of the item amount back to your original payment method. Please note an additional credit card processing fee of 3% may apply.
