First steps in any Return, Refund, or Exchange?

No matter the reason the first few steps toward a return, refund or exchange will always be the same. 

1. We ask that your first steps always be to email us at Info@Zarveti.com with the subject "Return, Order Number". State your reason for the return in the body portion of the Email. 

2. Please inform us of the reason you want to return your product. If a item comes damaged, with a missing part, or different than the original order please let us know so we can work to straighten the matter out right away. 

3. We ask that when items are returned to us that they are unused with no obvious signs of use. If any item is returned used or broken, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. 

4. We may ask evidence of the item to be provided, please be ready to send over 3-5 pieces of media, allowing us to highlight the issues with the item and help you get the best possible outcome.

5. Customers will have to pay for return shipping cost unless of course the item arrived broken, missing pieces, or different from the original order.

Having Second Thoughts?

If for some reason you would like to return your order, you can do so by cancelling your order within 12 hours of placing the order and receiving a 100% refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to process cancellations after the 12 hour mark because our teams have proceeded with the orders. However, even if you missed the cancellation period, you can still return your order within ninety days and receive a 100% refund. If the product is returned to us damaged or used we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee, evidence would be provided and an open line of communication will always be reachable. 

Zarveti offers a “Free Return” option at checkout that provides you with a return shipping label with your order. This shipping label voids all shipping costs for you. Unfortunately if you do not select this option you will be responsible for shipping cost in the event of a return.

Returning an item?

Our return policy for new or unused items is 90 Days from the day of purchase. After this 90 day period we will no longer be able to issue a refund or return. Of course in the cases that there was extended shipping or handling times the refund policy period will be extended. The item must be returned back in new, original condition as well as original packaging.

We ask that you double check to ensure the item has no signs or use, dirt, or opened from its original packaging. If an item is returned with any of said issues a 15% restocking fee may be applied.

Damaged or Defective Item?

We ask that you please inspect your products upon arrival, if you notice any damage to the product or its packaging we advise you to make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but are not able to open the package during delivery write down “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt. 

If your item does arrive defective please immediately send evidence to Info@Zarveti.com. Upon receiving evidence and approving the return, we will send you a return label to send your product back to our warehouses for examination. If we do not provide you with a return shipping label, the customer will not have to send the item back and still receive a replacement. 

When it comes to replacing a defective item, please expect a replacement product to be sent to you within 1-2 business days absolutely free of charge. We will always take responsibility for any damages incurred during shipping and handling. That being said, if there is evidence of use or negligence to the product we will no longer be able to offer a refund or replacement.

The Item I Ordered Never Arrived?

We ask that you allow about 5-10 days from the time your item was processed by us for your product to arrive. This means 5-10 days from the time you received the email stating your item has been shipped out. 
In the case that you have waited the allotted 5-10 days from the time of processing and you have not received a email regarding a shipping update please contact us at Info@Zarveti.com immediately and we would be more that happy to track your package down. 

If the zip code you provided us matches the delivery zip code and your package says delivered we ask that you please ask your neighbors if they may have mistakenly received your item. In the situation that your are still unable to locate your item we will issue a one time pass allowing you to receive a replacement item for absolutely free. Of course if we notice a pattern of suspicious behavior we hold the right to deny this privilege.

If the zip code you provided us does not match the delivery period and your package says delivered we extend a free replacement to you with no questions asked.

If an item has yet to arrive after the shipping period, we can offer a refund of the item amount back to your original payment method. Please note an additional credit card processing fee of 3% may apply.

Missing Piece?

If a piece or part of your item is missing please don't hesitate to contact our support at Info@Zarveti.com and we will get a replacement out to you right away.

Did Your Product Never Arrive?

Please allow 1-2 business days to allow our team to process your order and for it to properly input in our system. If you ever need more information on your order progress check out our “Track Your Order” page. 

If your order number does not provide any insight into your order status or it is lost in transit please email our support team at Info@Zarveti.com.  We also ask our customers to ask their neighbors if their package was accidentally received by them, it happens more than you think.

Limitations on Returns:

For safety and sanitary reasons some items cannot be accepted for returns. This is for the safety of our customers and team. Perishable items will also not be accepted. These items include:

  • Flowers
  • Magazines / Newspapers
  • Intimate / Sanitary Products
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Flammable Liquids or Gases
  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software
  • Health and Personal Care Items

We also ask that all returns have proof of purchase. In addition, we also ask that you do not send returns directly back to the manufacturer as we will not be able to verify the return. Any item that is directly returned to the manufacturer will not be refunded. 

Partial refunds can be given in situations that the product shows evidence of use or is not int its original condition.

Missing Refunds:

If the allotted time has passed and you have yet to receive a refund please check your bank account one additional time. If you still have not received a refund please contact Info@Zarveti.com immediately. We ask for for your patience in this situations and will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Refunds usually take 4-10 business days to reach our facilities, where our team is then able to inspect the item and file the claim. This usually takes about 1-2 business days. At this point we will email you notifying you the status of the returned item. Note that it will take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to issue you your refund and have it reach your account.

Exchanges:

There are a few ways to exchange an item. The most efficient way would be to return your original item, receive credit for said item then make another purchase from our store. If you would like to expedite the exchange process please email us with the subject “Exchange” along with your order number. From there a team member will get back to you and instruct you on further steps. 

If the item was not defective or damaged the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the  customer. Please keep all proofs of purchases and allow 5-10 business days for exchanges to reflect your bank account.
